Candidate Requirements
  1. Client Interaction:
    • Outbound Calls: Initiate and manage outbound calls to potential and existing clients to introduce products/services.
    • Inbound Calls: Handle inbound client inquiries and provide appropriate solutions or information.
  2. Meeting Scheduling:
    • Schedule and coordinate meetings between clients and the sales or business development team.
    • Ensure timely follow-ups and reminders to clients regarding scheduled meetings.
  3. Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
    • Manage client databases, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.
  4. Communication Skills:
    • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients.
    • Be persuasive and convincing in promoting the company’s offerings.
  5. Client Convincing:
    • Utilize negotiation and persuasive techniques to convince clients to adopt or purchase products/services.
    • Address and resolve any client concerns or objections confidently and professionally.
  6. Reporting:
    • Provide regular reports on calls made, meetings scheduled, and client interactions to the team lead or manager.
    • Track client feedback and escalate any issues to the appropriate department.
Candidate Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1+ years of experience in IT Tele Sales or similar role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively engage with clients.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Efficient in scheduling and managing multiple client meetings simultaneously.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Capable of handling client queries and resolving objections confidently and professionally
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (an advantage).
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
