Roles and Responsibilities

• Knowledge on Computer Hardware & Networking
• Windows/Linux operating system Installation and troubleshooting
• Network Printer, Antivirus installation & Basic Software installation
• Installing and configuring windows server 2012R2, 2016, 2019
• Installing and working on Windows 10, 11
• Strong Knowledge on DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, IIS
• Server and network Monitoring
• Download and install Windows patches
• Configuring and working on Firewall and WAP, Networking concepts like IPV4, TCP/IP and VPN
• Knowledge on Group policy creating and applying on Organizational Units
• Creating, Modifying, Deleting, enabling and disable the users on Active directory
• Knowledge on Windows MS SQL Server will be added advantage
• Troubleshooting skills of technical issues related to server OS and networks will be added advantage
