General Health Check-up held by Renova-NIGL Hospitals at Revalsys
A typical workday for most employees today consists of sitting at a desk for hours. 24x7 is the new 9-5, especially in the post-COVID world where more and more companies are adopting work-from-home. These jobs encourage a sedentary lifestyle which can cause employees body ache, obesity, diabetes, etc.
A company’s employees are its biggest assets, and their health has a direct impact on the company’s performance. It is important that employees are aware about health and potential health risks so that they can take steps to prevent these risks. Regular health check-ups are conducted by companies to create this awareness in employees, and are a win-win for both of them. These check-ups are free of cost, and help employees to avoid expensive medical treatments. The result is increased attendance, productivity, and loyalty towards companies for employees, which leads to increased revenue and improved reputation for organisations.
The wellbeing of our employees is of utmost importance to us, so we regularly conduct medical camps to make sure they are in good health. We organised a full-body medical check-up camp for our employees on Friday, August 05, 2022. It was conducted by Renova Hospitals in our office pre.mises. More than 100 employees participated in the camp that covered the following tests:
- Height and weight check
- Blood sugar test
- Blood pressure test
- ECG
- General Physician consultation
- Dietician consultation
- Blood grouping
The camp was highly beneficial to our employees as they gained insights into their health and got useful health tips from the team of Renova Hospitals. Our employees cooperated well with the medical team to make the camp a huge success.
